In no way does this shop treat people like that. i have been in numerous times to look at formal dresses & always noticed the attention given to customers. There is alot of inventory which makes for a very good selection & discounts were given for almost everything. There is definately a feeling that these 2 people thought they were in New York & they watch to much TV. this is Berks County, the real world. Also, it is half a house, but the prices were remarkable & compared them to other stores. The store was clean & isn't as fancy as others, but I would rather get a good deal & good customer service than at a big fancy store. I found my gown there, my bridesmaids gowns, and my mothers dress. The staff were patient with me when I took over three hours to try on over thirty dresses! They walked me through all of them, until I left with my perfect wedding gown. They never stopped trying until I found the one! I looked at other bridal shops, but they don't compare to the selection of gowns, and they excellent costomer service!
