where to buy prom dresses in hamilton

WESTFIELD, Ind. (March 10, 2016) - This weekend, girls can head to Hamilton County, and get a great deal on a prom dress. Gowns that can run $100 or often times more have been donated to Cinderella Story of Hamilton County. Some dresses are used, but look like new and others are brand new with the tags still on the gown. Cinderella Story was started by a few Westfield moms, and it’s grown into a project where they collect dresses, jewelry and shoes all year long. Even some students at Westfield High School have helped to collect the prom clothing. This year, the organization needs someone to volunteer their time altering the dresses and they still need more plus-size gowns. “It’s very expensive for a one-time dress,” said Deb Lewis, one of the moms behind the project. “That’s why we take donations. We have beautiful dresses. “We have brand new dresses. It’s just a great opportunity for any girl to come and buy a dress for $20 at the sale.”

“In my mind I think everybody should feel like a million bucks for prom without having to spend their entire savings on a dress,” said another mom, Julie Winbun. Anyone can go to Monon Trail Elementary in Westfield on Saturday March 12, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Contact the group if the $20 price is too much. If you have a dress to donate, you can take them to: 2780 E 146th St. 5111 E 65th St.Hamilton County Prom EventThere are some great fall fashion trends this year.
